You can contact the Mississippi Comprehensive Health Insurance Risk Pool Association.  This organization, headquartered in Jackson, offers health insurance plans for people who have been denied in the past.  They often try to give consumers very low rates, making health insurance affordable and possible where it would have otherwise not been.
